The National Trends and Services Facet is tasked with eliminating disparities by reducing barriers to resources through advocacy, education, and service. Links chapters are empowered to raise their voices and transform the communities in which they work. The facet’s goals include increasing the number of sustainable and measurable programs; increasing collaborative partnerships; and extending our existing initiatives to include communities identified as having the greatest need.
Tri-County’s National Trends and Services Facet GOAL:
Through our Healthy Homestead Initiative, we strive to reduce barriers to homeownership and maintaining generational wealth through education, advocacy, and legal services.
With the support of community partners, our P.E.A.C.E. (Police Engagement and Community Education) Initiative strives to bridge the gap between law enforcement and our tri-county area communities by developing strategies for engagement, awareness, and education.
